    Journal: Nov. 18th: Oct 28th was the last time I updated my LoseIt food tracking. Since then I have been eating any and everything:
    *french fries
    *candy bars
    *bubble gum
    *ice cream
    *peanuts
    *popcorn
    *fired chicken
    *chicken nuggets
    high fatty foods and high amounts of sugar. Not good.— I have a follow up apointment on Dec 5th with Dr. Burton. I’m going to be honest and see about upping the dosage.
